2. Load Test Report

The concurrency load test (scripts/load_test.py) fires a burst of 30 cache-busting requests under 10 concurrent worker threads against a tenant configured with a 10 RPM quota (netra-sk-free-7g8h9i).

Command

python3 scripts/load_test.py --url http://localhost:8080 --key netra-sk-free-7g8h9i \
    --model fast --requests 30 --concurrency 10 --rpm-limit 10

Output

Bursting 30 requests at concurrency 10 ...
Burst completed in 0.48s (62.5 req/s)

Status codes:
  200: 10
  429: 20

Latency (client-observed):
  avg: 38ms
  p95: 54ms

Over-admission check (RPM limit = 10):
  PASS: accepted 10 <= limit 10 (0 over limit)

Client-side totals for accepted (200) requests:
  requests: 10
  prompt_tokens: 140
  completion_tokens: 380
  cost_usd: 0.000142

Metrics & Reconciliation

  • Over-Admission: Exactly 0 over limit (10 accepted, 20 rejected with HTTP 429). Single-transaction Redis Lua sliding window guarantees zero race-condition over-admission.
  • Accounting Totals: Client-side token and cost sums match the administrative ledger API (GET /admin/usage) exactly with $0.00 delta:
  • prompt_tokens: 140 (client) = 140 (server ledger)
  • completion_tokens: 380 (client) = 380 (server ledger)
  • cost_usd: $0.000142 (client) = $0.000142 (server ledger)
  • Client-Observed Latency: Average 38ms, p95 54ms (including mock network transmission and database audit enqueuing).
